3M is a forward thinking, innovative company that prides itself on looking after its people and culture. Change is a product of innovation and while change is good it can make people anxious if they are not all in it together. When 3M discovered they needed to make significant changes to ways of working within their customer operations team, they wanted to make sure that every member of the diverse team came on the journey.

With a strategist we conceptualised a platform that would put the customer operations team at the heart of the program for change. I’m/3M was all about creating a united vision. The graphic device was perfect for framing our people, and we could substitute “3M” for a person’s values, or simply their role at 3M. The design was easy to roll out across education modules, EDMs, screen savers, posters and welcome packs, and by inviting the team to interact with us and the program we could deliver a simple, collaborative, business-to-human approach to internal transformation.

Role –
Art Director & Graphic Design: I created the visual identity for the campaign and rolled out all design assets.
